What is ClassDo’s pricing like?

How can I try out ClassDo? Is there a free trial?

Yes, simply sign up for a free ClassDo account, and create an organisation to enjoy a 14-day free trial. You do not need to register a credit card for the free trial.

How do I purchase a subscription plan?

Once your free trial expires, you will be prompted to start a subscription by purchasing educator seats and registering your credit card, so that you can continue using ClassDo. Read this guide on how to start a subscription plan.

I am an existing customer. How will opting for a subscription plan affect my unused paid hours left from my previous top-up?

The remaining hours you previously purchased will be converted to USD $ credits in your ClassDo Wallet. The Wallet balance will be used to offset the subscription fee for educator seats. See illustration here.

Can I continue using my previous Pay-As-You-Go plan or bulk purchase package without opting for monthly/annual subscription?

Yes, you may continue with your previous time-based, Pay-As-You-Go plan. You will be charged based on your actual room usage per minute per user. The current rate for Pay-As-You-Go plan is US$0.60 per minute per user.

However, please note that we are phasing out bulk purchase packages that come with free bonus hours. As such, it will not be possible to buy bulk purchase packages after you have completely used up your existing package. Please top up at the prevailing rate under Pay-As-You-Go plan (i.e. you will be charged for actual room usage based on per minute per user) or start a new subscription in future.

Can I add more educator seats midway through the billing cycle?

Yes, you may. Subscription fees will be pro-rated based on the time left in the selected monthly or annual billing plan. Learn more here.

When will I be charged for my subscription plan?

You will be charged at the end of the monthly or annual billing cycle, when your subscription is due for renewal. Learn more here.

The payment for my subscription renewal was not successful. What should I do?

Please check that your credit card details are entered correctly and update where necessary. You may also wish to check with your bank if needed. We provide 10-day grace period for you to resolve the issue. If you are unable to resolve it within this timeframe, we regret that your access to your organisation will be suspended and you will not be able to use any rooms on ClassDo until you have successfully renewed your subscription.
