Select (1)Quick Settings on the bottom-right of your screen, then (2)Settings.
Select Privacy & security.
Scroll down to find App permissions and select Microphone.
Ensure that Microphone access is set to the on position. Ensure that Let apps access your microphone is set to the on position
Ensure that Let desktop apps access your microphone is set to the on position
