Our built-in device test will be automatically launched every time you Enter Room. It tests your webcam, microphone and speaker to see if they are working properly. You can also run a device test manually.
Camera Test
１. The current camera is shown under Camera. 　 Click the drop-down arrow 🔽 if you want to use another camera. 　 Select the one you prefer.
- You should see your webcam on the screen.
Microphone Test
１. The current microphone is shown under Microphone. 　 Click the drop-down arrow 🔽 if you want to use another microphone. 　 Select the one you prefer.
２. Try speaking into the microphone and check if the blue bars appear and move. 　 The number of blue bars represents the volume of your microphone.
１. Click Test speaker to check if you can hear the sound.
２. Click Stop music to end the speaker test.
Manual Device Test
You can test your device even when you’re not in a Virtual Room.
１. Click your profile image on the top right of your screen. Select Account Settings.
