My mobile phone visualiser is not working

When I tried to scan the QR code using my QR code scanner to switch on the visualiser, the QR code scanner does not work or after scanning, the link keeps loading
I cannot switch on the visualiser.

I scanned the QR code but the visualiser does not load.


(For iPhone) Did Not Scan QR Code with Phone Camera

For iPhone users, please ensure that you are scanning the QR code using your phone camera. You do not need to download a QR code scanner for scanning.


Did Not Use Chrome Browser (or Safari Browser for iPhone users)

Open the link using Google Chrome. DO NOT open the link using other browsers.

For iPhone users, open the link in Safari.

I cannot switch on the visualiser.


Room is in Presentation Mode

Check the bottom left corner of the screen to see what mode the room is in. If the room has been set to Presentation mode and you do not have the permission to change room settings, you will also not have permission to switch on the visualiser.

Ask the presenter/ admin to change the room settings to Collaboration Sync or Collaboration Unsync mode. Alternatively, contact your organisation admin to change your role to one with permissions to change room settings.


Did Not Enter Live Collaboration Mode with Videochat

Visualiser can only be used if you entered the room under  Work with others: ✔ Audio, video on this device. The visualiser function is not supported on any other modes.


Video Feed Switched Off

Your video feed may be switched off if you only see a black screen on the screen of your video chat. Please ensure that the video feed of your video chat is switched on by clicking the  video button.
