I cannot sign into ClassDo
I’ve entered my mobile number and OTP, but was redirected back to the screen to enter my mobile number again.
Having problem getting into ClassDo? It may be due to a lag between your local computer's time and our server's time. It can be solved using the following methods:
Check your local time
Compare it with your time zone
Go to your date and time settings
At the bottom of your screen, type Change the date and time into the search bar. Press Enter.
Auto sync your local time
Change your time manually
Click on your Date and Time.
Visit https://www.timeanddate.com/ to check your current time in your time zone and compare it with your device's local time. If there is a discrepancy between the two (even if it is mere seconds), please move on to Step 3.
At your Date and Time settings page, click on Sync now to sync your local device time to your time zone automatically. You can now log into your ClassDo website using your mobile number. If this does not work, please move on to Step 5.
In your Date and Time settings page, click on Region.
Under Related settings, click on Additional date, time & regional settings.
Click on Set the time and date.
Click on Change date and time. Note: You will need an account with administrative access to change this setting.
Click on the time input to change your local time. Please refer to https://www.timeanddate.com/ for the time that you should change to and avoid having any lag time (even in seconds). You can click on the time and change it using your number pad or keyboard.
After you are done changing the time, click on OK to save the changes. You can now login to your ClassDo account via mobile number.
