Draw on the Virtual Whiteboard with Sketch
In the virtual collaboration room, sharing what you are writing or drawing is simple with Sketch. Your sketchpad becomes a virtual whiteboard for everyone to view and work on.

If you are drawing on your sketchpad, you should know how to control your view of it as well.

Move Things Around
Click Move / Delete, then click and drag the drawing or image to move it. You can also select an entire area of drawings / images / writing to be moved at the same time.
Click Move / Delete, then select the image / drawing that you want to delete and click the Dustbin button. You can also select an entire area of drawings / images / writing to be deleted at the same time.
Copy Parts of the Sketch
Click Move / Delete, then select the area of the sketch you wish to copy and click the camera icon. You can then paste an image of what you have selected.
Download Parts of the Sketch as Image File
Click Move / Delete, then select the area of the sketch you wish to download and click the download icon.
Click Text, then select text size and colour. Click on the place where you want to add text and type out your text in the textbox produced. After you have finished typing, you can edit the text by clicking Move / Delete, then double-clicking on the text you wish to edit.
Add an Image
Click Image and choose the image you wish to upload from your device. The uploaded image will be displayed on the sketch. Note that only images saved in the local device can be uploaded and inserted into the sketch.You can also copy and paste images directly onto the sketch.
Cancel a Previously Made Action
To cancel an action you just made, click Undo. To restore an action that you have undone, click Redo. You can undo and redo multiple actions.
Write and Draw
Click Pen, then choose the line colour and line thickness.
Click Highlighter, then choose the colour and line thickness.
Draw a Line, Rectangle or Circle
Click Line, Rectangle or Circle depending on what you wish to draw, then choose the line colour and thickness. Then, click and drag on the sketchpad to draw the line or shape. Note that the line and shape dimensions can still be edited using the Move / Delete tool after they have been drawn.
