I cannot enter room but return to the login page instead


I cannot enter the room. When I click Enter Room, I return to the login page instead. 

This problem may be due to

Follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem.


Before you begin

Refresh your ClassDo page. and check if the problem persists. 


On Chrome

Click the three dots icon at the top right corner and select Settings.

Scroll down to the bottom and click Advanced.

Select Site Settings.

Select Cookies and Site Data.


Switch off the slider for Block third-party cookies.

Log into ClassDo again. You should be able to enter the room successfully.

Clear Browser Cache

On Chrome

On desktop, press down ctrl + shift + i at the same time, then right click the refresh button and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

If the problem persists, press down  ctrl + shift + delete on your keyboard at the same time. This will open a new tab where you can clear your cache.

On mobile Safari

Make sure to  Clear History and Website Data.

On Mac Safari

Make sure to  Remove stored cookies and data.
