I see a blank white screen/webpage when signing up/logging in/entering room



When I went to classdo.com and clicked the 'signup / login' button, it just brings me to a blank white webpage, so I can't sign up or log in. 
When I went to classdo.com, I got redirected to a blank white page.
I clicked "Enter Room" but even after I cleared the device check, it just shows me a blank webpage.

You may be using an unsupported browser or need to clear your browser cache.

Using Unsupported Browser

If you are on a Windows or Android device, please use Google Chrome (recommended) browser. For a Windows device, you can also use Microsoft Edge browser. Do not use other browsers such as Internet Explorer.

If you are on Apple devices such as Mac or MacBook, you may use Google Chrome (recommended), Safari or Microsoft Edge. 

If you are on an Apple mobile device such as iPhone or iPad, please use the Safari browser. Do not use the Google Chrome app in the app store.

Clear Browser Cache

Before you begin

Refresh your ClassDo page. and check if the problem persists. You may need to wait a while before the webpage loads.

On Chrome (for Windows, Chromebook, Macbook)

On desktop, press down ctrl + shift + i at the same time, then right click the refresh button and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

If the problem persists, press down  ctrl + shift + delete on your keyboard at the same time. This will open a new tab where you can clear your cache.

On mobile Safari (for iPad, iPhone)

Make sure to Clear History and Website Data.

On Mac Safari (for iMac, Macbook)

Make sure to Remove stored cookies and data.

On Microsoft Edge (for iMac, Macbook, Windows)
