Access ClassDo Tech Support


If you have any questions or need help, instantly access ClassDo's Help Centre from your organisation page! If you are unable to find an answer on our Help Centre, feel free to ask us directly in our tech support chat and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The tech support chat can be accessed from both your organisations page or within the virtual room.

Ask Us a Question from the Signup/ Login Page

If you have tried searching our Help Centre and are still unable to find an article that addresses your support query, ask us in our tech support chat. You can ask a question while still on the Signup/ Login Page by clicking the blue chat button at the bottom right corner.

You will need to enter your email address so that we can continue to contact you even if you navigate away from the page. Then type in your message and click Submit.

Check ClassDo Help Centre Instantly

If you are facing any problems, try looking in our Help Centre for an immediate answer! If you are already logged in, clicking the  Help button on the top right corner of the screen will open a new tab to our Help Centre. Simply type your question into the search bar to find the relevant article.

Ask Us a Question from the Organisations Page

If you need to ask a question before you have entered the room, you can click on the  blue chat button at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Ask Us a Question from Within the Virtual Room

You can also access tech support from within the room. Simply click the  blue chat box located at the bottom right corner of the screen. You can then type in a message to our tech support team, and we will reply to your queries as soon as we can.
