1

Creating a Sketch

On the room homepage, click on  View Content Library to visit the content library for a particular room.

Alternatively, you may locate and click on Content Library on the left sidebar and locate the room folder to access the contents within the room.

Select the folder which you would like to create the sketchpad in. Before creating the sketchpad, you may want to check if you wish to create it in the room library, in a group or in your personal desk.

Click on Sketch on the right panel.

Alternatively, click on the New button.

Select Sketch from the list of options given in the dropdown.

This will open up an empty sketchpad in a content editor.

You can click on the back button to return to the content library.

Naming the Sketch

To rename the sketchpad, simply click on the file name to toggle the input field. You can name your sketchpad by typing in the text box. When you are done renaming, simply press  enter/return on your keyboard or click anywhere outside the input field.

You can also rename sketchpads from the content library. Locate the sketchpad from the list of files in the content library and click on the  Additional options button (three-dot icon) to the right of the file name.

Select Rename from the list of options available in the dropdown.

When you are done renaming, click on Update. You can also rename others' sketchpads.

Opening Previous Sketches

View other sketches by clicking on the new tab icon, and selecting the sketch you would like to open.

You can also search for your sketchpads by typing into the search bar.

4

Deleting the Sketch

To delete the sketchpad that you are currently viewing, click the  vertical  arrow icon on the right of the file name in the content editor.

Then, click on Delete content on the dropdown.

Confirm your deletion of the sketch by clicking on Delete in the popup.

Alternatively, you can also delete the sketchpad from the content library. Click on the  Additional options button (three-dot icon) to the right of the file name.

In the dropdown shown, select Delete content.

Confirm your deletion of the sketchpad by clicking on the Delete button in the popup.
