Organise Content with Tags

This article is for general users of ClassDo e.g. students. If you are an organisation owner, admin, or member with admin permissions e.g. tutor, please refer to this article.

Find it very inflexible to file your teaching and learning resources in the traditional folder system? With ClassDo's smart Content Library system, it becomes easy and convenient for you to quickly sift through all your learning materials. Simply organise your materials by adding tags to contents that you upload or create. When you wish to retrieve the file in future, you can find it more easily by search-and-filtering through the topic or subject tag, even if you cannot remember which session you had used it.

Anyone can add a tag that has already been created to any file in the Content Library, or change a tag that is currently applied to a file. However, to be able to create a brand new tag, you will need the "Create a new tag" permission.

Currently, you can only add or edit tags from the Content Library, not within the room.
