I cannot receive my verification code SMS
I did not receive any verification code on my phone. What should I do?
There are a few possible reasons for this problem such as weak mobile signal or incorrect country code. Simply follow the steps below to solve the problem.

Check mobile number
Check that your Country Code and mobile number are correct. The country code selected corresponds to the flag icon currently displayed. If it is not the correct country code, click the flag icon and select the correct country from the drop-down list.

Check cellular connection
Ensure Flight/Airplane mode is switched off on your mobile phone. Move to a location with better signal connectivity such as an open space and avoid underground locations or tunnels. Check if there are any issues with your current cellular network.
Reboot/restart your mobile phone
Restart your mobile phone. This is to refresh your mobile phone's cellular connection.
Resend verification code
If there is no issue with the mobile number you have entered, and you are still unable to receive the message, click CLICK HERE to have another verification code sent to you.
