If you are an educator, your other room members might like to switch back to the main space or any team to, say, refer to your lecture notes while they are doing their individual class exercise. Or they might want to switch tabs or teams. Follow the steps below to allow them to do so.
１. Click Disable room sync after you have moved everyone to their desks.
２. The icon and button will change to Enable room sync
３. When you wish to bring everyone back to the main space, click Enable room sync mode again,
and click Exit desk view on the right.
