As educators, you can get your learners to do a Google Form survey, feedback form or e-worksheet, seamlessly within ClassDo, by embedding your form on a file tab within your ClassDo room. This saves you from the hassle of sending them the Google Form link separately. It is also less distracting for your learners as they can fill in and submit their responses within ClassDo conveniently without opening the form on a new external browser tab.
Follow the steps below to embed your Google Form within your ClassDo room.
１. Sign in to your Google account and create your form/poll/quiz on Google Form as usual.
２. When you are ready, click Send.
３. Select the link tab.
４. Click Copy.
５. Go back to your ClassDo browser tab. You can embed Google Form either in the Library or in the Online Classroom (Standby Mode or Live Session mode).
In the Library, either click the dropdown, or select it under New.
In the Online Classroom (Standby Mode), open a new tab and select Google Form
６. Paste the sharable URL into the Share Google Form pop-up and click Save.
Your learners must be logged into their Google accounts in order to view and fill in your Google Form embedded within ClassDo. If they are not signed into Google yet, please advise them to do so and then return to ClassDo to fill in their responses.
