Embed Google Forms

As educators, you can get your learners to do a Google Forms survey, feedback form or e-worksheet, seamlessly within ClassDo, by embedding your form on a file tab within your ClassDo room. This saves you from the hassle of sending them the Google Forms link separately. It is also less distracting for your learners as they can fill in and submit their responses within ClassDo conveniently without opening the form on a new external browser tab.

Follow the steps below to embed your Google Forms within your ClassDo room.

1. Sign in to your Google account and create your form/poll/quiz on Google Forms as usual.

Depending on the response settings of your Google Forms, your learners may need to be signed into their Google accounts in order to view and fill in your Google Forms embedded within ClassDo. If they are not already signed into their Google account, they will be prompted to do so on a new browser tab first.

For learners: when the form requires you to first sign in to your Google account

1. As a learner, if the form requires Google sign-in and you have not signed into Google yet, a pop-up dialog will appear to prompt you to do so. Click SIGN IN.

2. When you have signed in, return to the ClassDo classroom browser tab.

3. Click the blue Reload button on the right side of the form. Once the form is reloaded, proceed to fill in your response and click SUBMIT when you are done.
