ClassDo authenticates all sign-ups and sign-ins via a one-time verification code.
Hence all users need to register their account with an email address in order to receive the one-time verification code. Please advise your student to register for an email account.
We recommend every user to have his or her own account for security purpose. This also helps to prevent siblings from entering each other's rooms or accessing each other's files by mistake.
No, a user account can only be in live session in one room on one device at any one time. If the same account is being used to enter any live session room on another device at the same time, we will disable the camera and microphone on the original device, and enable the camera and microphone on the new device. The only exceptions are when the user is using a second mobile device as a visualiser, or has linked a second mobile device for writing only (no videochat) using our second device linking feature.
