1. From the Organisation Page, choose the room where the file is currently stored in. Click View Library.
2. Click the folder of the room where the file is.
3. Click the Additional Options button (three dots icon) next to the file you wish to make a copy of.
4. Select Make a copy.
5. In the search bar, type in either the name of the folder or the name of the room where the folder is located. (You may not search both folder name and room name at the same time.) Click the folder of the group/desk you wish to copy the file to. (You may select more than one.)

6. Select the folder of the group/desk you wish to copy the file to. (You may select more than one.)
6-1. The menu will show the folders of the groups/desks in the current room. Click the checkboxes next to the group/desk folders you wish to copy the file to. (You may select more than one.)
6-1. Click Library.
6-2. Click the folder of the room.
6-3. Click the folders of the group/desk you wish to copy the file into. (You can select more than one.)
7. After you have selected all the folders you wish to copy the file to, click Copy.
8. A copy of the file with File Name (copy) will be created in the selected folders.
