1. Open the file that you want to make a copy of. This file can be from the room library or from your desk. Click the settings button next to the file name to open the settings menu.
2. Click Make a Copy.
3. In the search bar, type in either the name of the folder or the name of the room where the folder is located. (You will not be able to search for both folder name and room name at the same time.)
4. Select the folder of the group/desk you wish to copy the file to. (You may select more than one.)
4-1. The menu will show the folders of the groups/desks in the current room. Click the checkboxes next to the group/desk folders you wish to copy the file to. (You may select more than one.)
4-1. Click Library.
4-2. Click the folder of the room.
4-3. Click the folders of the group/desk you wish to copy the file into. (You can select more than one.)
5. After you have selected all the folders you wish to copy the file to, click Copy.
6. A copy of the file with File Name (Copy) will be created in the selected folders.
