1. Once you download this file, click the downloaded file.

2. The file will be unzipped in a few seconds. When the file has been unzipped, double-click device-diagnostics-tool to open it.

3. Click Open.

4. Click Run test. The tool will run diagnosis steps and collect diagnostics information. While the tool is running, you will be prompted to select a folder to save the file in. Click Save.

5. After the tool has finished running, the file will be opened at its save location.

6. Then open ClassDo support messenger. Right-click on the file, select Paste, and send the file on the messenger.
