1. Download this file to your device.
2. When the file is downloaded, click the tab to run and install the file.

3. Click Next when prompted to select which user to install it for. You can also choose which folder you would like to install it in. Then, click Install.

4. When installation is complete, check the checkbox Run device-diagnostics-tool. Then, click Finish. The tool opens and is now ready to run a test. Click Run test.

5. The tool will run diagnosis steps and collect diagnostics information. While the tool is running, you will be prompted to select a folder to save the file in. Click Save.

6. After the tool has finished running, the file will be opened at its save location. Right-click on the file and select Copy.

7. Then open ClassDo support messenger. Right-click on the text field, select Paste, and send the file on the messenger.
