Your browser has blocked your microphone

1. Choose which type of device and browser you are using.

Windows Computer: Chrome

2. From the device test screen or within the virtual room, then click the lock icon    at the left of the address bar.

3. Click on the drop-down menu next to Microphone and select Allow.

Android: Select below
Chrome

2. Tap on Page Info.

3. Select Permissions. You should see a preview of which permissions   are turned on.

4. Turn on the switch for Microphone access.

Microsoft Edge

2. Click on the lock icon.

3. Click Permissions.

4. Ensure Microphone is turned on.

Phone, iPod Touch & iPad: Safari

2. Click site options.

3. Click Microphone.

4. Click Allow.
